The Everlast Residential operates at up to a .94 Uniform Energy Factor (UEF). The high quality stainless steel construction of the unit and energy efficient operation allows it to provide long draws of hot water without consuming large amounts of energy. A dip tube directs cold water to the heating element near the bottom of the tank to minimize the mixing of cold and hot water.

The stainless steel elements in the tank eliminate the need for anode rods, resist scale build up, and provide ultimate heat transfer capabilities. The low watt density of the elements reduce chances of element burn out, providing longer service life than conventional elements.

Everlast water heaters can use standard elements and thermostats. This will be a big deal down the road when the unit needs serviced. Unlike the big box store 9 & 12 year warranty units that use model specific computer controls. That when they do fail are often more difficult to get than parts for other water heaters.
