This 40-gallon hot water heater is designed for households with 2 to 3 people when sized appropriately and has dual stainless steel heating elements and a protective anode rod. It also has Tank Guard® advanced tank protection extending the life of your water heater. It features a self-cleaning dip tube designed to reduce sediment build-up and extend the overall life of the unit.
